The documentation library sports a book list which should shatter all illusions of becoming a Fusion Apps DBA in one life.

This is not even a complete list.
I took the liberty of looking up fundamental training courses for each of the products and ended up with at least 16 weeks of training - and that's only for the fundamentals. Now consider the average amount of training days approved per year for the average developer (5 days if you're lucky...) and you know where this is going.
In the following post I will list these training courses. If you really want to be a Fusion Apps DBA, you're going to spend a lot of time in training classes during the coming years.
Or (much more likely) customers are opting for the cloud based version and leave most of the daily operations to Oracle.

OMG!!! Lots of moving parts!! Lots of issues in maintenance, patching, upgrade etc. Just think about Siebel upgrade hassle. Here we're talking about 20 different components.

In the documentation link, I could not find anything specific to OFA CRM. Am I missing something here or Oracle hasnt yet published any document yet for Fusion CRM? Kindly please clarify based on your understanding.

the documentation is technical. The application (end user) documentation is embedded in the product in the form of Fusion Apps Help.

Sorry if i sound naive, but would like to understand in a bit more detail. Are you saying that the documentation would only be available for CRM product only after installing the Oracle Fusion applications-CRM and use the help option?
Is there no way to access the OFA CRM application documentation? Any help would be grateful.
